FOUNDATION
The Pet Memorial Program offers you an opportunity to reassure your clients that their cat has not been forgotten, and that you support health studies that benefit all cats. Make your donation in memory of a client's pet:
- Regular mail: use the memorial donation form (PDF)
When we receive your donation, we will send a personalized letter to your client recognizing your generosity in memory of their cat. The amount of your gift is not disclosed. You will receive confirmation of your tax deductible donation for your records. We suggest a minimum donation of $10 per pet.
The Winn Feline Foundation is exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Foundation may be deductible for Federal income, gift and estate tax purposes. Winn participates in the Combined Federal Campaign (#2602) and corporate matching gift programs. A copy of the Foundation's IRS 990 form is available by contacting our Executive Director.
When your contributions total over $150, you will receive a certificate suitable for framing and display in your clinic.
